Guarantee and Return Policy
NewArc is committed to providing the best quality merchandise at the best price. Please inspect your shipment upon its arrival. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, call our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of order for replacement or credit. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns must have prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. Return Authorization number and PO# must appear on outside of box. Returns must be received by NewArc within 30 days of receipt of original order. All unauthorized returns will be refused. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
